QA QC Civil Engineer

• Supervise civil maintenance site activities and coordinate with project engineers, project managers, clients, and consultants to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct meetings with suppliers and subcontractors to determine and agree upon quality assurance parameters relevant to civil works.
• Lead the QA team, ensuring compliance with client specifications and company quality policies.
• Oversee the drafting, review, and approval of testing and inspection documents and procedures.
• Implement testing and inspection procedures, overseeing the entire QA process to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Troubleshoot quality issues on-site and modify test and inspection procedures as necessary.
• Conduct analysis and checks on civil materials and workmanship to verify quality standards.
• Review and compile Quality Assurance reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Ensure the timely delivery and proper storage of approved materials and equipment on-site.
• Respond efficiently to requests and inquiries from clients and management.
• Seek clarification and coordinate with the project manager or site engineer whenever required.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management to support project objectives and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field, with additional certifications in Quality Management preferred.
• Proven 4 years experience of QA/QC in Oil and Gas civil maintenance projects.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, standards, and inspection/testing methods specific to civil works.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues effectively on-site.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, clients, and stakeholders.

Pay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
