QA QC Engineer

The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA QC Engineer to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will oversee quality assurance and quality control processes for fitout, interior design, and architectural projects ensuring the highest standards are met from inception to completion. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and standards specific to fitout and interior design projects. - Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with established quality standards and specifications. - Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to identify and resolve quality issues promptly. - Prepare and maintain detailed quality documentation, reports, and non-conformance reports. - Coordinate testing and commissioning activities with relevant stakeholders. - Train and guide project teams on quality control processes and best practices. - Monitor material and workmanship quality, ensuring adherence to architectural and design specifications. - Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. - Proven experience as a QA QC Engineer in fitout, interior design, or architectural projects. - Strong knowledge of quality management systems and relevant standards. - Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. - Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively. - Familiarity with local construction codes and regulations in Saudi Arabia is preferred. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure. - Proactive problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
