QA QC Manager

The Role
Job Title: QA/QC Manager (ADNOC Projects) Location: ABU DHBAI-UAE Project: - Civil Building Construction Job Purpose: To lead and manage the Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions for ADNOC projects, ensuring full compliance with project specifications, ADNOC standards, and international quality standards. The role is responsible for implementing quality systems, monitoring site activities, and ensuring deliverables meet required quality benchmarks. Key Responsibilities: • Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP) in line with ADNOC requirements. • Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, specifications, and procedures across all project phases. • Lead QA/QC team including inspectors, engineers, and document controllers. • Review and approve ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), Method Statements, and Quality Procedures. • Coordinate with ADNOC representatives, consultants, and third-party inspectors for inspections and approvals.

Requirements
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in engineering civil or equivalent). • Certification in QA/QC or Quality Management (ISO 9001 Lead Auditor preferred). • Experience: • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in QA/QC within Civil Building projects. • Mandatory experience in ADNOC projects in UAE. • Strong exposure to onshore/offshore construction, pipelines, or infrastructure projects.
