Rollic has over 3.5 billion downloads across its diverse portfolio of games and, thanks to an intensive development process utilizing a massive test pipeline, has a steady cadence of globally hit titles such as Color Block Jam, Timeline Up, Crowd Express: Boarding Puzzle, Hole People, Knit Out, all of which have gained millions of downloads worldwide within a few months after their release.

Main Responsibilities

• Supporting the development and QA processes of Rollic’s hit titles
• Collaborating with the product team to create clear, testable feature scenarios based on PRDs
• Preparing structured test cases aligned with product requirements in TestRail
• Executing functional, regression, compatibility and UI/UX tests across multiple Android and iOS devices
• Performing black-box, exploratory, smoke, sanity and A/B test validations depending on the release scope
• Identifying, documenting and prioritizing defects , verifying fixes and tracking closure
• Working closely with Developers, Product Managers and Game Designers to ensure releases meet quality standards
• Managing Android and iOS release processes including build validation, test plans and QA sign-off
• Validating economy, progression, config, A/B test toggles, event triggers and analytics events , ensuring telemetry and data integrity
• Creating and maintaining test documentation such as test plans, test cases, regression suites, QA reports, risk assessments and post-mortem inputs
• Organizing and participating in gameplay testing sessions and contributing actionable findings

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the mobile gaming industry
• High attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new systems and stay up to date with QA methodologies and mobile gaming trends
• Hands-on experience in fast-paced environments requiring quick context switching and structured problem-solving
• Proven ability to take initiative, self-manage and keep workflows moving forward in a proactive, solution-oriented way
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team
• Collaborative, proactive and open to feedback
