QA Tester / Project Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Tester / Project Coordinator to join our team in Delhi . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in functionality testing , client coordination , and project documentation , along with a solid understanding of UI/UX principles . Experience with tools like Figma is highly preferred.

This is a client-facing role , and the candidate must possess excellent communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functionality and UI testing of web and mobile applications.
• Prepare and review Scope of Work (SOW), technical documentation, and other project-related documents.
• Act as a bridge between the client and development/design teams.
• Coordinate with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage feedback.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and developers to ensure design and functionality expectations are met.
• Conduct client demos and presentations as needed.
• Track project progress and assist in project planning and coordination.
• Identify and report bugs, follow up with developers for fixes and retesting.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in QA testing and project coordination roles.
• Strong knowledge of manual testing, test case preparation, and defect tracking.
• Excellent understanding of UI/UX principles and workflows.
• Experience with Figma (viewing and commenting, working with UI/UX teams).
• Strong skills in writing technical documents such as Scope of Work (SOW) and requirement specs.
• Proven experience in client communication and project discussions.
• Excellent command over English – both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in parallel.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
• Knowledge of basic front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
