QA/QC

The Job will be in Al Dhafra region, A leading company is looking for an amazingly talented QA/QC to join our team! In this role you will get to perform standard QA/QC activities typical to the engineering and construction industry. Similar organization of infrastructure works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain project quality plans and procedures.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and testing to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Review and approve material submittals, inspection requests, and test reports.
• Identify non-conformances and coordinate corrective actions.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain quality standards.
• Prepare and submit regular QA/QC reports to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• [3-7] years of QA/QC experience in infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, utilities, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and reporting abilities.

Preferred:

• Certification in QA/QC (e.g., ISO 9001, NEBOSH, or equivalent).
• Experience with digital quality management tools such as SMARTHUB for municipalities projects.
• Must be available in UAE
• Willing to relocate .
