- Develop and implement comprehensive QA/QC plans for products/services/processes .
- Conduct inspections and tests in accordance with established procedures and industry standards.
- Analyze test results and identify deviations from specifications.
- Document non-conformances and work with other departments to resolve them.
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to prevent future occurrences.
- Participate in the development and revision of quality control procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records.
- Train and mentor other team members on quality assurance procedures.
- Stay abreast of relevant quality standards and regulations.
- degree in engineering, science, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control.
- Strong understanding of quality management principles and practices, such as Six Sigma and lean manufacturing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in quality control software and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
