QA/QC Biologics Laboratory Technician (cGMP)

The Center for Regenerative Medicine Laboratories is seeking a highly motivated Laboratory Technician to join our growing, FDA-compliant, cGMP biologics laboratory.

Our lab specializes in advanced regenerative medicine therapies, including biologic products derived from placental tissue, cord blood, and amniotic fluid. This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of orthobiologics and translational medicine in a collaborative, physician-led environment. We are particularly looking for a technician for night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) procedures in a cGMP laboratory environment
• Maintain accurate and compliant batch records, logs, and documentation
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, FDA regulations, and cGMP standards
• Assist with biologic tissue processing and product handling
• Support sterility protocols, aseptic technique, and cleanroom procedures
• Participate in inventory tracking, freezer management, and chain-of-custody documentation
• Identify, document, and assist in resolving deviations and quality issues
• Collaborate with leadership and lab personnel to maintain the highest standards of safety and quality

Qualifications:

• 2–5+ years of experience in a laboratory setting (biologics, tissue processing, or regulated environment preferred)
• Experience with cGMP, QA/QC processes, or FDA-regulated workflows strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain precise documentation and follow strict protocols
• Experience with aseptic technique or cleanroom environments is a plus
• Background in biology, biomedical science, or related field preferred
