The Center for Regenerative Medicine Laboratories is seeking a highly motivated Laboratory Technician to join our growing, FDA-compliant, cGMP biologics laboratory.
Our lab specializes in advanced regenerative medicine therapies, including biologic products derived from placental tissue, cord blood, and amniotic fluid. This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of orthobiologics and translational medicine in a collaborative, physician-led environment. We are particularly looking for a technician for night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) procedures in a cGMP laboratory environment
- Maintain accurate and compliant batch records, logs, and documentation
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, FDA regulations, and cGMP standards
- Assist with biologic tissue processing and product handling
- Support sterility protocols, aseptic technique, and cleanroom procedures
- Participate in inventory tracking, freezer management, and chain-of-custody documentation
- Identify, document, and assist in resolving deviations and quality issues
- Collaborate with leadership and lab personnel to maintain the highest standards of safety and quality
Qualifications:
- 2–5+ years of experience in a laboratory setting (biologics, tissue processing, or regulated environment preferred)
- Experience with cGMP, QA/QC processes, or FDA-regulated workflows strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain precise documentation and follow strict protocols
- Experience with aseptic technique or cleanroom environments is a plus
- Background in biology, biomedical science, or related field preferred
