QA/QC Civil Engineer

We are seeking a qualified QA/QC Civil Engineer to ensure the highest standards of product quality, process control, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations. The role involves close coordination with production, engineering, and project teams to maintain and continuously improve quality and safety performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, procedures, and safety regulations across all operations
• Monitor and control product quality throughout manufacturing and project execution stages
• Conduct inspections, assessments, audits, and quality checks to identify non-conformities
• Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) in line with ISO standards
• Prepare detailed inspection reports, audit findings, and corrective action plans
• Support HSE initiatives and ensure adherence to safety protocols
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and resolve quality issues
• Lead, train, and motivate teams to follow quality and safety standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in QA/QC and HSE roles within residential construction
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO standards
• Proficiency in quality control techniques, non-destructive testing (NDT), and inspection methods
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to prepare detailed reports
• Experience with QA/QC documentation systems, HSE reporting tools, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to conduct thorough inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and guide teams
• Immediate availability is preferred
