QA/QC CIVIL ENGINEER

We are looking for a highly qualified QA/QC Civil Engineer for a three-month contract (extendable) (Establishment of new Substations at various voltage levels).

Key Qualifications
Approval: Mandatory KM-PQ (Planning & Quality) QA/QC approval from Kahramaa.
Experience: Minimum 6+ years of total experience as a QA/QC Civil Engineer, with specific expertise in Kahramaa substation projects (400kV to 66kV).
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
Local Availability: Candidates must be based in Qatar with a valid QID and a Transferable Visa/NOC.

Core Responsibilities
Inspections: Conduct site inspections for civil works, including excavation, rebar placement, and concrete pouring for substation foundations as per Kahramaa standards.
Documentation: Prepare and monitor ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), Method Statements, and Material Submittals for client approval.
Compliance: Issue and track NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and ensure all corrective actions are closed in coordination with construction teams.
Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports for management review.

Duration: 3 Months (Extendable based on project requirements).
