QA/QC Coordinator

Role Summary

The QA/QC Coordinator will oversee and implement quality assurance and quality control processes across all project phases. This role ensures that construction activities, materials, and deliverables meet the required standards, specifications, and regulatory guidelines. The coordinator will work closely with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to maintain compliance, drive continuous improvement, and support the successful delivery of a high‑rise development within a PMC environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor QA/QC procedures in alignment with project requirements and international standards.
  • Review and verify contractor quality plans, inspection test plans (ITPs), method statements, and material submittals.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality benchmarks.
  • Identify non‑conformities, issue NCRs, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve quality‑related issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, inspection records, and quality reports.
  • Support audits, quality reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to KSA regulations, project guidelines, and client expectations.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • Relevant professional membership or certification is preferred.
  • Minimum 10–12 years of experience in high‑rise tower projects.
  • KSA experience is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) environment is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, construction standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
