QA/QC Electrical Engineer

A well reputed MEP Contracting company base in Dubai seeking for a Five years’ experience QA/QC Electrical Engineer to support project quality assurance and quality control activities on construction projects in the UAE. The successful candidate will assist and ensure that all works comply with project specifications, company procedures, and applicable international quality standards.

The role involves site inspections, quality documentation control, audits, and coordination with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities Quality Management System Implementation

· Prepare and review Project Quality Plans (PQP), Inspection Test Plans (ITP), and Method Statements specific to E&I components.

· Develop inspection checklists, test formats, and quality dossiers for project handover.

· Review drawings, specifications, and approved materials.

· Prepare and submit inspection requests (IRs & MIRs).

· Inspect Electrical works at site to ensure quality and compliance.

· Review drawings, specifications, and approved materials.

· Monitor testing and commissioning activities.

· Identify defects and issue NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) if required.

· Maintain QA/QC documents, reports, and records.

· Coordinate with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.

· Ensure work complies with project standards and authority requirements.

Application Requirements(s):

· Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.

· Candidate must be available in the UAE

· UAE Driving license is a must

· DM Approval will be an advantage

Experience:

· Quality Planning & Documentation: 5 years (Required)

· Inspection & Testing: 5 years (Required)

· QA/QC Supervision: 5 years (Required)

· Client & Project Interface: 5 years (Preferred)
