QA/QC Engineer

Job Summary:

The QA/QC Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all materials, products, and project activities comply with company policies, client requirements, and industry standards. This role involves managing the full spectrum of quality assurance and control processes—from raw material inspection to final approval—ensuring that deliverables meet specifications and are free from defects.

Key Responsibilities: -

• Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures, standards, and guidelines.
• Conduct inspections and testing to verify compliance with required specifications.
• Monitor project activities to ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, codes, and safety regulations.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, including Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), Quality Control Plans (QCPs), and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• Identify and report quality issues and non-conformances, and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
• Involvement in Quality, ISO and ASME audits.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in the oil and gas industry with exposure to oilfield equipment such as semi-trailers, tankers, frac tanks, silos, and batch mixers is required.
• Experience in pressure vessels, storage tanks, piping, and structural works will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of fabrication drawings, materials, and welding processes.
• Familiarity with industry codes and standards (ASME, API).
• CSWIP and ASNT Level II certification preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
