About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Material Engineer with a strong background in interior design project coordination. This role involves handling material selection, BOQs, supplier coordination, pricing, and document control to support smooth and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
• Define and verify material specifications based on project needs
• Source and evaluate suppliers, pricing, and availability
• Manage sample submissions and approvals
• Maintain organized documentation and control systems
• Coordinate closely with interior design and site teams for implementation
• Ensure all materials meet project standards and delivery schedules

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Proven experience in material engineering (preferably in interior fit-out or construction)
• Strong knowledge of local UAE suppliers and materials
• Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and material submittal workflows
• Must be currently residing in the UAE
• Immediate availability is a must
