QA/QC Engineer

Position: QA/QC Engineer
Industry: Fit-out / Interior Design
Experience: Minimum 3 Years of UAE Experience

Job Description:

• Ensure all quality assurance and control activities are implemented as per project specifications, standards, and procedures.
• Review and verify material submittals, method statements, and inspection test plans (ITPs).
• Conduct site inspections to ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, and quality records.
• Coordinate with the project team, consultants, and clients to resolve quality-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions for non-conformities.
• Support the project in achieving continuous improvement in quality performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of QA/QC experience in the UAE Fit-out industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards, materials, and fit-out construction methods.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
