Quality Assurance Supervisor – Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Supervisor to oversee quality processes across production, ensure adherence to standards, conduct inspections, handle non-conformities, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and supervise in-process, first-piece, and pre-dispatch inspections.
• Allocate and coordinate tasks for quality inspectors.
• Stop/hold non-conforming production and initiate corrective actions.
• Manage receiving inspection for applicable items.
• Address internal & external customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure proper documentation, calibration, and maintenance of quality records.
• Review control plans, inspection methods, and process parameters.
• Participate in quality meetings and report deviations.
• Maintain segregation and disposition of NC materials.
• Support PPAP, FMEA, and other quality system activities.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of manufacturing & quality processes.
• Knowledge of quality tools: Control Plan, PPAP, FMEA, SPC.
• Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to lead a team and drive corrective/preventive actions.

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
