QA/QC Engineer

Job Description: QA/QC Engineer (Fit-out Industry)

Position: QA/QC Engineer
Industry: Interior Fit-out
Experience: Minimum 3 years of UAE experience
Qualification: Civil Engineering background
Availability: Candidates who can join immediately are preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality inspections throughout all stages of fit-out projects.
• Ensure all materials, workmanship, and processes comply with project specifications and industry standards.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation including inspection reports, NCRs, and corrective action plans.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to quality and safety requirements.
• Review and verify material approvals, method statements, and shop drawings.
• Identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive measures.
• Support handover procedures and ensure project close-out requirements are met.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in the fit-out industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Strong understanding of QA/QC standards, procedures, and documentation.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to join immediately.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
