QA/QC Engineer

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated QA/QC Engineer with 4 years of experience in the construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all project activities meet quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

· Implement and monitor the project quality plan, procedures, and inspection processes.

· Conduct inspections for civil, structural, and MEP works as required.

· Review and verify material submittals, method statements, ITPs, and test reports.

· Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.

· Prepare daily/weekly QA/QC reports, NCRs, corrective actions, and follow-ups.

· Ensure all materials and workmanship comply with project specifications and standards.

· Maintain proper documentation and ensure traceability of all quality records.

· Assist in internal audits and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

· Minimum 4 years of QA/QC experience in UAE construction projects.

· Strong understanding of international standards and project specifications.

· Experience in preparing and reviewing QA/QC documentation (ITPs, NCRs, MIRs, WIRs).

· Good knowledge of testing procedures and quality control methods.

· Excellent communication and reporting skills.

· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
