Job Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures for all marine and construction site activities.
- Ensure all works, materials, and methods comply with project specifications, standards, and drawings.
- Conduct inspections for civil, structural, and marine works including concrete, steel, and piling activities.
- Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation such as ITPs, method statements, inspection reports, and material submittals.
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and clients for quality-related inspections and approvals.
- Identify non-conformities and ensure proper corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
- Monitor third-party testing and maintain calibration records for all testing equipment.
- Support project handover through preparation of QA/QC dossiers, as-built documentation, and final reports.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Structural, or Marine Engineering (or related discipline).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in QA/QC for marine or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of marine construction methods, concrete works, steel fabrication, and QA/QC standards (ISO 9001).
- Experience in preparing and reviewing QA/QC documentation, material approvals, and inspection reports.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficient in MS Office and QA/QC documentation software.
