QA/QC Engineer

• We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities, materials, and workmanship comply with approved drawings, project specifications, applicable standards, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) system at site.
• Review and approve method statements, IRs, material submittals, and inspection requests.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and project teams for inspections and approvals.
• Monitor and control non-conformance reports (NCRs) and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Ensure all materials delivered to site are approved and meet quality standards.
• Maintain proper QA/QC documentation, inspection records, test reports, and handover dossiers.
• Coordinate with laboratories for required material and field testing.
• Support project teams during snagging, handover, and final inspections.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, project quality plans, and local authority regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC within construction projects (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, standards, and inspection procedures.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and reporting documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in high-rise buildings, villas, infrastructure, or MEP works.
• Certification in QA/QC or ISO is an advantage.
