Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer with experience in steel fabrication and metal façade works. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all materials, fabrication, and installation works meet project specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain the project Quality Management System (QMS)
• Conduct inspections of raw materials, fabrication works, and site installations
• Review shop drawings and material submittals for compliance with project specifications
• Prepare and submit Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), method statements, and quality reports
• Coordinate with consultants and clients for inspections and approvals
• Ensure compliance with international standards and local regulations
• Identify non-conformities and initiate corrective and preventive actions
• Maintain QA/QC documentation and records
• Conduct internal audits and toolbox quality briefings

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum [X] years of experience in steel fabrication and metal façade projects
• Strong knowledge of welding inspections, structural steel, cladding systems, and façade installation
• Familiar with international standards (ASTM, BS, AISC, ISO)
• Experience in preparing ITPs, MIRs, WIRs, and NCRs
• Good communication and coordination skill
