QA/QC Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Engineer to join our construction team for our project in the UAE. The ideal candidate will ensure that all construction activities meet approved drawings, specifications, and local authority standards through effective quality assurance and control procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and maintain compliance with ISO 9001:2015.
• Review and approve ITPs, Method Statements, and Material Submittals.
• Conduct and witness inspections and testing for civil, structural, architectural, and MEP works.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality / DCD / Trakhees / ADM standards and project specifications.
• Raise and follow up Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and corrective actions.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection logs, and test reports.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly QA/QC reports for management and consultants.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience within the UAE or GCC.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC standards, materials, and site inspection procedures.
• Familiar with ASTM, BS, and ACI standards and UAE authority regulations.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.

Pay: From AED15,000.00 per month
