QA/QC Engineer

Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified QA/QC Engineer to join our team for a high-rise tower project in Business Bay, Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring site quality activities, conducting inspections, coordinating with consultants and subcontractors, and ensuring works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and supervise QA/QC activities on site
• Conduct inspections and coordinate WIRs with consultants
• Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings and project specifications
• Review materials, workmanship, and site activities for quality compliance
• Coordinate with subcontractors and site engineers regarding quality issues
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation and inspection records
• Assist in closing NCRs and implementing corrective actions
• Support project teams in maintaining quality standards throughout project execution

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in QA/QC for construction projects
• UAE construction experience is preferred
• Experience in high-rise building projects is an advantage
• Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures, inspections, and documentation
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines

Preferred:

• Familiarity with WIRs, MIRs, inspections, and QA/QC documentation systems
• Experience in interior and finishing stage projects
• Immediate joiners are preferred
