Q.A/Q.C Engineer Assistant

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Q.A/Q.C. Engineer Assistant to support our Q.A/Q.C. team in ensuring quality standards and processes are maintained across operations. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with an interest in quality control, attention to detail, and a desire to grow in the field of quality management.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures
• Support inspections, testing, and audits of products and materials
• Help maintain accurate records and documentation of quality activities
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Collaborate with engineers and other departments to address quality issues
• Assist in reporting and analysis of quality data
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field (preferred)
• Some experience in quality control or engineering (internships or entry-level positions are acceptable)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and develop in the field of quality management
• Familiarity with basic testing equipment and software is a plus
