QA/QC Engineer – Civil

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer – Civil to develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance and quality control systems across construction projects. The role involves coordination with consultants, site teams, and management to ensure compliance with project quality standards and UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement Project Quality Plan (PQP) and QA/QC procedures
• Review and approve Method Statements, ITPs, and Material Submittals
• Coordinate all inspection activities with consultants and clients
• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with approved standards and drawings
• Lead internal audits and ensure ISO 9001 compliance
• Review NCRs, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions
• Maintain quality documentation, records, and reports
• Provide technical guidance and quality training to site staff
• Liaise with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors on quality matters
• Support project handover and final documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 5–8 years of UAE experience in civil contracting companies
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC systems, ISO standards, and UAE construction codes
• Experience in high-rise buildings, villas, or infrastructure projects
• Excellent documentation, coordination, and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office and quality reporting systems
