Job Title: QA/QC Engineer – Construction

Salary Range: AED 8,000 – 10,000 per month

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer to join our construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of quality control procedures, inspection standards, and documentation in construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor QA/QC policies and procedures on-site
• Conduct inspections and ensure work complies with approved drawings and specifications
• Prepare and review ITPs, MIRs, WIRs, and other quality documents
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams on quality matters
• Ensure compliance with project quality standards, codes, and regulations
• Identify quality issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions
• Maintain proper documentation and quality records

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant discipline
• 5 to 8 years of experience as a QA/QC Engineer in construction projects
• Experience in UAE construction projects is preferred
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC standards, materials testing, and inspection procedures
• Good communication and coordination skills
