QA/QC Engineer (Civil)

We are looking for a QA/QC Engineer to oversee quality assurance and control procedures across our construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all materials, workmanship, and site practices comply with contractual requirements, local regulations, and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement QA/QC procedures, ITPs, and site quality documentation.
• Conduct inspections of materials and site works to ensure compliance.
• Identify and report non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and third-party inspectors.
• Maintain quality records and support internal and external audits.
• Prepare inspection reports and ensure timely closure of quality issues.
• Deliver quality awareness training and promote best practices on-site.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5-6 years of QA/QC experience in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, local building codes, and international standards.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with QA/QC tools is a plus.
• Preference for Immediate Joiners
• Valid UAE driving license

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
