About Us:
DIVA Projects is a leading construction and infrastructure company engaged in residential, commercial, industrial, warehousing, and pipeline development. We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer with strong technical expertise and a proven track record in maintaining the highest quality standards across all project stages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and implement Quality Assurance and Quality Control systems for civil and pipeline projects.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and standards to ensure compliance.
• Conduct material testing, inspection, and documentation for site and laboratory works.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to IS codes, client specifications, and contractual quality norms.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC reports, test records, and inspection checklists.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and site teams to resolve quality issues.
• Conduct internal audits, NCR tracking, and corrective/preventive action follow-ups.
• Ensure proper calibration of equipment and quality of materials used on site.
• Support site teams in achieving zero-defect delivery on all projects.

Requirements:

• B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in QA/QC for civil and pipeline projects.
• Strong understanding of quality standards (IS, ASTM, BIS, etc.) and project documentation.
• Experience with concrete, structural, and pipeline quality testing.
• Excellent reporting, communication, and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 systems preferred.

Salary: Attractive and based on experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
