QA/QC Engineer - Civil UAE High Rise Experience

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer – Civil with a strong background in UAE high-rise construction projects (G+10 and above). The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all project quality standards, specifications, and procedures are fully implemented on site, while coordinating with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project requirements.

Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Assurance & Quality Control

• Oversee and implement field quality control activities for civil works in line with approved specifications and project requirements.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, including ITPs, Method Statements, Checklists, and QA/QC Plans.
• Conduct inspections of structural, concrete, finishing, and site activities to ensure conformity with drawings and standards.
• Close NCRs, SORs, SI, and snag/de-snag reports in coordination with consultants and clients within required timelines.

Inspection & Compliance

• Prepare and execute daily QA/QC inspection activities, obtaining consultant approvals.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure efficient work execution, material optimization, and avoidance of rework.
• Conduct internal QA audits and monitor NCR implementation and corrective actions.
• Review subcontractor ITPs, Method Statements, and material approvals.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate QA/QC documentation including reports, inspection logs, calibration records, and test reports.
• Prepare mock-up snagging reports and ensure compliance before submitting to the client/consultant.
• Represent the company during external QA/QC audits and certification reviews.

Training & Support

• Conduct toolbox talks, quality awareness sessions, and snagging briefings for engineers, supervisors, and labor teams.
• Support site execution teams in understanding technical requirements and approved quality procedures.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience specifically in high-rise projects (G+10 and above).
• Total of 8 years experience in QA/QC within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of concrete works, structural elements, façade/finishing interfaces, and high-rise construction methodologies.
• Experience closing NCRs and managing consultant/client inspections.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).

Required Skills & Certifications

• Strong understanding of:
• ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management Systems)
• ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management Systems)
• OHSAS 18001 / ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety)
• Proficiency in:
• AutoCAD (basic for drawing review)
• MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• QA/QC reporting and documentation software (if applicable)
• Knowledge of local UAE construction regulations, Dubai Municipality standards, and consultant procedures.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
