QA/QC Engineer (Construction)

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer with proven expertise in UAE villa and high-rise construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities comply with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and UAE authority regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP) in line with contract requirements.
• Conduct site inspections for villas and high-rise structures (structural, architectural, and finishing works).
• Review and approve Method Statements, ITPs, MIRs, WIRs, and Checklists.
• Ensure materials comply with approved submittals and project specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and site teams for inspections and approvals.
• Monitor concrete works, reinforcement, formwork, waterproofing, blockwork, plastering, tiling, and finishing activities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE standards, local authority requirements (DM, DDA, Trakhees, ADM, etc.), and project specifications.
• Identify non-conformities, issue NCRs, and follow up on corrective/preventive actions.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection records, and quality reports.
• Support handover and snagging processes for villas and high-rise projects.
• Coordinate testing activities (concrete, soil, waterproofing, fire stopping, etc.).

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–10 years of QA/QC experience in UAE construction projects, specifically villas and high-rise buildings.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards, codes, and authority regulations.
• Experience in structural, architectural, and finishing works.
• Proficient in QA/QC documentation and reporting.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
