Job Title: QA/QC Engineer

Experience: 5–10 Years (UAE/GCC preferred)
Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified QA/QC Engineer to ensure that all construction activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain Project Quality Plan (PQP) and Inspection & Test Plans (ITP)
- Conduct inspections of materials and workmanship on-site
- Prepare and review Method Statements, ITPs, and checklists
- Coordinate with consultants for inspections and approvals
- Raise NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and follow up on corrective actions
- Maintain QA/QC documentation and records
- Ensure compliance with UAE standards and project specifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in construction QA/QC
- Knowledge of ISO standards and QA procedures
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- UAE experience is mandatory
2. Document Controller
Job Title: Document Controller
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Experience: 3–7 Years
Job Description:
We are looking for an organized Document Controller to manage and maintain project documentation efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing project documents
- Maintain document control registers and logs
- Ensure proper filing, version control, and distribution
- Coordinate with project team for document submissions
- Track approvals, revisions, and deadlines
- Ensure compliance with company document control procedures
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of experience in construction projects
- Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems (Aconex/EDMS preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
3. Post-Contract Quantity Surveyor (QS)
Job Title: Post-Contract Quantity Surveyor
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Experience: 5–12 Years
Job Description:
We are hiring a Post-Contract Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs, variations, and contractual matters during the execution stage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and evaluate Interim Payment Applications (IPA)
- Manage variations, claims, and change orders
- Cost monitoring and reporting
- Prepare and review subcontractor payments
- Assist in final account settlement
- Ensure contract compliance and proper documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering
- 5+ years of post-contract experience in UAE
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
