We are seeking a detail-oriented and rigorous QA/QC Engineer to oversee quality assurance and control across our construction projects. If you have a strong background in mechanical/electrical engineering and a specialized understanding of industrial refrigeration systems, we want to hear from you!

Your Responsibilities

As our QA/QC Engineer, you will hold a pivotal role in ensuring engineering excellence and compliance on-site. Your core tasks will include:

• Quality Management: Organize, implement, and manage QA/QC programs in strict compliance with the Company’s Quality Policy.
• Inspections & Testing: Coordinate all site inspections, monitor required testing, and maintain precise records as per the Contract Plan and Specifications.
• Document Control: Manage technical submittals, drawings, and validations with the Project Team, ensuring accurate issuance, amendment, and recall of controlled documents.
• Site Authority: Partner closely with the Project Manager on work performance. You will hold the authority to issue stop-work orders where discrepancies remain uncorrected, and cancel them upon satisfactory resolution.
• Technical Support: Guide site staff and support the PM with material submissions, requests for inspection, shop drawings, As-Built drawings, and O&M manuals.
• Compliance: Proactively raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) whenever site activities deviate from contract specifications or company standards.
• Record Keeping: Oversee site-level QA/QC issues and compile comprehensive verification records to be maintained through to project completion.

Your Profile

To thrive in this role, you should bring a mix of strong technical oversight and adaptability:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on QA/QC experience within construction projects.
• Industry Expertise: Excellent knowledge of industrial refrigeration work scopes with a complete understanding of applicable Quality Standards.
• Technical Skills: Confident in interpreting mechanical and electrical testing procedures alongside relevant engineering codes.
• Language: Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is essential.
• Mobility: Able and willing to travel frequently to various project locations and remain based at job sites for weeks or months at a time.
