Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer with experience in the joinery and fit-out industry. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all joinery works, materials, and production processes meet company quality standards, project specifications, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct quality inspections for joinery production, assembly, and installation works.

· Ensure all materials and finished products comply with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.

· Monitor factory and site activities to maintain quality control procedures.

· Prepare and maintain QA/QC documents, inspection reports, and checklists.

· Coordinate with production, site teams, consultants, and clients regarding quality-related matters.

· Identify defects, non-conformities, and implement corrective actions.

· Perform final inspections before delivery and handover.

· Ensure proper handling, storage, and protection of joinery materials and finished products.

· Follow health, safety, and company quality procedures at all times.

Requirements

· Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Wood Technology, Interior Design, or related field.

· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in QA/QC within the joinery or interior fit-out industry.

· Strong knowledge of joinery materials, finishes, woodworking processes, and installation standards.

· Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.

· Good communication and reporting skills.

· Knowledge of quality standards and inspection procedures.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
