QA/QC Engineer (Joinery & Interior Finishes)

About the Role
We are hiring a QA/QC Engineer with expertise in joinery and interior finishes to ensure our projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail and a strong background in interior fit-out.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control procedures for joinery and interior fit-out works
• Inspect materials, finishes, and workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications
• Conduct regular quality audits on-site and prepare detailed inspection reports
• Monitor subcontractors’ work and provide technical guidance where needed
• Coordinate with consultants and clients for inspections and approvals
• Identify and document non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are implemented
• Maintain quality records and ensure adherence to ISO and local authority standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline
• 5+ years of experience as QA/QC Engineer in interior fit-out and joinery projects in UAE
• Strong knowledge of interior finishing materials and installation methods
• Familiarity with international and UAE quality standards and regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and reporting abilities
