QA/QC ENGINEER (UAE Bridge/Underpass/Interchanges Exp Only)

We are hiring a QA/QC Engineer for our company, China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC) – Dubai Branch.

Candidates with experience in Dubai RTA infrastructure projects, especially roads, bridges, underpasses, interchanges, and flyovers, are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures in line with project specifications, approved drawings, and applicable standards.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai RTA quality standards and project requirements.
• Review and coordinate Inspection Test Plans (ITP), Method Statements, material submittals, and quality-related documentation.
• Coordinate with site teams, consultants, subcontractors, and laboratory teams to ensure quality control at all stages of construction.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and quality checks to verify compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor material testing, laboratory results, inspection records, and quality documentation.
• Identify non-conformities and follow up on corrective and preventive actions until closure.
• Maintain proper QA/QC records, inspection reports, and project quality documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as a QA/QC Engineer in large-scale infrastructure, roads, bridges, underpasses, interchanges, or flyover projects.
• Experience in Dubai RTA projects will be highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of RTA specifications, quality standards, inspection procedures, ITPs, Method Statements, and material approvals.
• Good documentation, coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
• Candidates with GCC infrastructure project experience will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
