  • Develop and implement the QA/QC strategy, policies, and procedures for all ongoing villa and building projects.
  • Review project specifications, drawings, and contract documents to ensure quality requirements are understood and met.
  • Lead and manage the QA/QC team including inspectors and document controllers across multiple project sites.
  • Ensure materials, workmanship, and construction processes meet the required standards and specifications.
  • Conduct regular quality audits and inspections on-site to monitor construction activities.
  • Interface with project managers, engineers, consultants, and clients to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Ensure proper documentation of QA/QC activities including ITPs, checklists, method statements, NCRs, and QA/QC reports.
  • Prepare and submit quality reports to senior management and clients.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Lead investigations of non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Train and develop QA/QC staff to enhance team performance and awareness of quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, safety standards, and ISO requirements.
