QA/QC Inspector – Civil

We are looking for a QA/QC Inspector – Civil to ensure that all construction activities are executed in compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, and applicable UAE standards. The candidate will be responsible for site inspections, material verification, and coordination with site teams to maintain quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site inspections for civil works (RCC, finishing, blockwork, waterproofing, etc.)
• Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, method statements, and ITPs
• Monitor concrete works, reinforcement checks, formwork inspections
• Verify material delivery and ensure compliance with approved material submittals
• Raise Inspection Requests (IRs) and coordinate with consultants for inspections
• Identify non-conformities and issue NCRs; follow up on corrective actions
• Maintain QA/QC records, checklists, and inspection reports
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 3–5 years of UAE experience in civil construction projects
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, and method statements
• Familiar with UAE codes, project specifications, and consultant requirements
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Good communication and reporting skills
