• Industry Experience: 5-15+ years in QA/QC roles specific to Oil & Gas construction or operations. Gulf region experience is mandatory; prior approvals or experience with Aramco, ADNOC, PDO, KOC, etc., are strongly preferred.
• Educational Background: Engineering degree (civil, mechanical, instrumentation, electrical) or relevant technical qualifications.
• Standards & Codes: Sound knowledge of industry-specific standards (API, ASME, ISO 9001, client specifications like Aramco's QMOS/QAR, ADNOC standards).
• Key Skills: Strong attention to detail, documentation and reporting proficiency, risk assessment, compliance auditing, communication, teamwork, and supervision.
