Experience:- 2 years experience in Fit Out/Joinery

Location:- Dubai

Job Description:-

• Inspect ongoing fit-out works including gypsum partitions & ceilings, joinery, carpentry, flooring, tiling, painting, MEP coordination, and finishes.

• Ensure works comply with approved shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and project specifications.

• Conduct incoming material inspections and verify materials are approved before installation.

• Prepare and maintain Inspection & Test Plans (ITP) and Quality Checklists.

• Identify non-conformities, issue NCRs, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.

• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives during inspections.

• Participate in consultant/client inspections and ensure timely clearance of observations.

• Maintain proper QA/QC documentation, including daily inspection reports, snag lists, and handover dossiers.

• Monitor workmanship quality and ensure adherence to and quality standards.

• Support project close-out activities including snagging, de-snagging, and final handover
