QA/QC Inspector – Interior Fit-Out (Residential & Commercial)

We are a leading interior fit-out and construction company in Dubai, specializing in delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects. With a proven track record of excellence, we are looking to expand our team with a skilled QA/QC Inspector who will ensure all works meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily site inspections for interior fit-out projects (residential & commercial).
• Ensure all materials, workmanship, and finishes comply with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
• Review and verify method statements, inspection & test plans (ITPs), and quality checklists.
• Identify non-conformities and issue NCRs, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain accurate QA/QC records, inspection reports, and documentation for handover.
• Ensure adherence to Dubai Municipality regulations, health & safety, and ISO standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in QA/QC inspections within interior fit-out projects in Dubai (both residential and commercial).
• Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, and quality standards.
• Familiar with local authority approvals and regulations.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
