  • Quality Assurance and Control:
  • Develop and implement QAQC procedures and protocols for all landscaping projects.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulations.
  • Identify and rectify any deviations from quality standards promptly.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain detailed records of inspections, audits, and quality control activities.
  • Prepare comprehensive QAQC reports for management and clients.
  • Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and accurately reflects the quality status.
  • Project Oversight:
  • Collaborate with project managers to review project plans, specifications, and schedules.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of landscaping crews to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Assist in resolving any quality-related issues that arise during project execution.
  • Training and Development:
  • Provide training to staff on QAQC processes and best practices.
  • Promote a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement within the company.
  • Client Relations:
  • Communicate with clients regarding quality assurance matters and address any concerns.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering projects that meet or exceed quality expectations.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
  • Stay updated with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a QAQC role within the construction or landscaping industry.
  • Strong understanding of landscaping techniques, materials, and industry standards.
  • Proven experience with construction contracting processes and project management.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in QAQC software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Certification in Quality Management is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED1.00 per month
