PTWL is seeking a dedicated QAQC Engineer to ensure the highest quality standards across all landscaping projects. The role involves developing and implementing quality assurance and quality control procedures, conducting site inspections, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating closely with project teams to deliver projects that meet or exceed client expectations.
Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Assurance & Quality Control
- Develop, implement, and maintain QAQC procedures and protocols for all landscaping projects
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, industry standards, and regulations
- Identify quality issues and ensure prompt corrective and preventive actions
- Ensure materials, workmanship, and installations meet approved quality requirements
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate QAQC records, inspection reports, checklists, and audit documentation
- Prepare and submit QAQC reports to management and clients
- Ensure all project documentation reflects the current quality status
Project Oversight
- Coordinate with Project Managers and Site Engineers to review project plans, schedules, and specifications
- Monitor performance of landscaping teams and subcontractors to ensure quality compliance
- Support resolution of quality-related issues during project execution
Training & Continuous Improvement
- Conduct QAQC training sessions for staff and site teams
- Promote a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement across the organization
Client & Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities on QAQC-related matters
- Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction through quality project delivery
Regulatory Compliance
- Stay updated on industry standards, codes, and best practices
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations and authority requirements
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of QAQC experience in construction or landscaping projects
- Strong knowledge of landscaping materials, techniques, and quality standards
- Experience with construction contracting and project management processes
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in QAQC documentation systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Certification in Quality Management (ISO or equivalent) is an advantage
