QA/QC - Landscaping

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA/QC Engineer to join our landscaping team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all project activities are carried out to the highest quality standards and in line with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable regulations.

You will play a key role in monitoring site quality, supporting project teams, and making sure every stage of work meets company and client expectations.

Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Assurance & Quality Control

• Develop and implement QA/QC procedures for landscaping projects.
• Carry out regular site inspections to ensure work meets approved drawings and quality standards.
• Identify quality issues early and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.
• Check materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with project requirements.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain complete QA/QC records including inspection reports, checklists, and audit documents.
• Prepare and submit quality reports to management and clients when required.
• Keep all project documentation updated and aligned with site progress.

Project Coordination & Oversight

• Work closely with Project Managers and Site Engineers to ensure quality requirements are clearly understood and followed.
• Monitor subcontractors and site teams for compliance with quality standards.
• Support in resolving any quality-related issues on site.

Training & Continuous Improvement

• Conduct QA/QC awareness sessions for site teams when needed.
• Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement across all projects.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities on quality-related matters.
• Address feedback and ensure consistent quality delivery throughout the project.

Compliance

• Ensure all works comply with local regulations, codes, and industry standards.
• Stay updated with best practices in quality management and construction standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Landscape Architecture, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in QA/QC within construction or landscaping projects.
• Strong understanding of landscaping materials, construction methods, and quality standards.
• Good experience in construction site execution and contracting processes.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and QA/QC documentation.
• ISO or quality certification is an added advantage.
