Key Qualifications

• 15+ years of overall experience in Ashghal Road, Infra, and Building projects.
• Bachelor's degree (BSc, BEng, BA, or equivalent) in Civil Engineering. For official submission in Qatar, MOFA-stamped translations (Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Qatar) are typically required.
• Minimum of 10 years as a QA/QC Manager or in a similar position. CV must include detailed job descriptions, project locations, start and end dates, and defined roles and responsibilities.
• Valid UPDA Certificate is mandatory.
• Qualified professional with the ability to manage and coordinate specialized activities, disciplines, or teams of moderate size and complexity. Capable of independently executing complex assignments requiring the application of specialized principles.
• Strong technical background combined with proven management competencies.
• Demonstrated experience in projects of similar size, scope, and performance-based contract struck
• Experience certificates from previous employers to validate professional history
