Job Title: QA/QC Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented QA/QC Manager to oversee quality assurance and quality control processes across our projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all works are executed in compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements while maintaining the highest level of quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures, plans, and standards.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and quality standards.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and tests to verify quality of materials and workmanship.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and clients on quality-related matters.
• Review and approve method statements, inspection test plans (ITPs), and material submittals.
• Identify non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain proper documentation, reports, and quality records.
• Lead and mentor QA/QC team members.
• Ensure continuous improvement of quality systems and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical or related field).
• Minimum 14+ years of experience in QA/QC, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards, codes, and procedures.
• Experience in large-scale projects (airports, buildings, infrastructure, etc.) is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in QA/QC documentation and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification (IRCA).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR12,000.00 - QAR13,000.00 per month
