QA/QC Manager

Job Opportunity – QA/QC Manager (Major Projects) – Qatar

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead the Quality function for a major EPCC project in Qatar within the Oil & Gas / Petrochemical sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead QA/QC activities across Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, ISO standards & EPCC requirements
• Manage audits, NCRs, vendor inspections, and quality surveillance
• Oversee inspection activities, ITPs, and mechanical completion
• Drive quality compliance and continuous improvement across all project phases

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• 10–15+ years of QA/QC experience in Oil & Gas / EPC projects
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong EPCC project experience (LNG / Petrochemical / Fertilizer preferred)
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor and other certifications are an advantage
