QA/QC Manager (Large Scale Community Development Project)

We are a leading general contractor in the UAE, seeking a highly experienced and dedicated QA/QC Manager to join our dynamic team for a major high-rise project.

Job Summary:

• The QA/QC Manager is responsible for leading and managing all quality assurance and quality control activities for a large-scale luxury community development project in the UAE.
• The role ensures that all construction works, materials, and project deliverables comply with contractual requirements, approved specifications, regulatory standards, and company quality objectives.
• The QA/QC Manager will establish and maintain the project's Quality Management System, oversee inspections and testing activities, manage quality audits and non-conformance processes, and coordinate closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to deliver the project to the highest quality standards.
• The position requires strong leadership, extensive construction quality management experience, and a proven track record in delivering luxury residential, hospitality, mixed-use, or master-planned community developments within the UAE or GCC region.

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of overall construction experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a QA/QC management role in UAE.
• Proven experience on large-scale luxury residential, hospitality, mixed-use, or master community development projects.
• UAE/GCC experience is mandatory.

Preferred Project Experience:

Candidates with experience delivering luxury developments similar to high-end residential communities, branded residences, luxury villas, waterfront developments, hospitality resorts, and mixed-use master developments in the UAE will be given preference.

Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
