Job Brief

We are seeking a highly experienced QA/QC Manager for the Ministry of Sports and Youth South Sector Renovation Project.

This is a key leadership role. You will lead all quality assurance and quality control activities. You will guide the team. You will ensure every part of the project meets the highest standards.

Your work will help deliver safe, durable, and high-quality facilities for the community. If you believe in excellence and strong systems, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all QA/QC activities on the project.
• Develop and implement the Project Quality Management Plan.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and specifications.
• Monitor site activities to ensure high quality standards.
• Lead internal and external quality audits.
• Coordinate with client, consultant, and subcontractors.
• Review method statements, ITPs, and technical submissions.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Guide and mentor the quality team.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
• Prepare reports and present quality updates to senior management.

Qualifications

• BSc in Civil Engineering (relevant to project nature).
• Minimum 15 years of total experience.
• Minimum 10 years of similar project experience.
• At least 7 years in a quality role on construction projects.
• IRCA ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification (or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC systems and audits.
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate teams.
• Experience handling complex technical assignments independently.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
