Leaders Training Centre (LTC) is a well-established professional training provider in Qatar, delivering accredited programmes across Business, Finance, HSE, IT, and Technical disciplines. We work closely with international awarding bodies and corporate clients to ensure high standards in training delivery, learner experience, and operational excellence.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a QA/QC & Process Analyst with hands-on experience in training centre operations or education environments. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with accreditation requirements, improving operational workflows, and maintaining consistent quality across all training activities at LTC.

The ideal candidate will support continuous improvement initiatives, audit academic and administrative processes, and work closely with academic, operations, and admin teams.

Key Responsibilities:Quality Assurance & Quality Control

  • Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC frameworks for training centre operations.
  • Conduct internal audits of:
  • Learner records and registrations
  • Assessments and certification documentation
  • Trainer delivery and class compliance
  • Batch scheduling, attendance, and course files
  • Ensure full compliance with accreditation body requirements, internal SOPs, and regulatory standards in Qatar.
  • Identify non-conformities, recommend corrective actions, and monitor implementation.
  • Support external audits and accreditation reviews.

Process Analysis & Improvement

  • Review and analyze existing operational workflows across academic, admin, and sales support functions.
  • Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process maps, and workflow documentation.
  • Work with teams to streamline processes related to:
  • Batch planning and scheduling
  • Trainer coordination
  • Learner onboarding and documentation
  • LMS and system-based workflows
  • Track KPIs related to training delivery, compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare reports and provide actionable insights to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Operations, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in QA/QC, process analysis, or operations—preferably within a training centre, education institution, or corporate learning environment.
  • Strong understanding of quality systems, process optimization, and workflow mapping.
  • Experience working with LMS platforms, CRM systems, or training administration tools is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with international accreditation standards (e.g., professional or vocational awarding bodies) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and improvement-focused mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
