QA/QC Project Manager - Ajman

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Proven 10–15 years of extensive experience in the construction industry, with significant exposure to diverse projects, including residential, commercial, and high-rise developments, holding managerial roles with increasing responsibility.
• Extensive experience working with main contractors, overseeing all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, coordination, and delivery, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on expertise in Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) standards and procedures, including inspection, testing, compliance monitoring, and reporting, ensuring projects meet both regulatory requirements and client expectations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage subcontractors, and maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives efficiently.
• Skilled in implementing safety protocols, risk assessments, and best practices to minimize on-site incidents and enhance overall project quality.
